With the new attendance system, an accessory is awarded at the end of 20 days of regular logins. I think the system will reset every month.

Update 15 September 2012:
The attendance does not reset after it is filled. Maybe it only resets at the start of every month. It may be possible to skip a day in the middle and still get the 20-day attendance (unconfirmed).
