My buddy Harry Yim recently sent screenshots of the Titanium Sword Set. According to him, he looted the Processed Titanium from the Arena. The Titanium Sword may be bought from the shop at a cost of 1.5M bugs.
Update 16 August 2012:
Both the Titanium Armor and the Titanium Sword sets cannot be equipped at the same time. This is because the game does not allow both Processed Titaniums to be equipped at the same time.

Before buying the Titanium Sword from the shop, be sure that you have the right Processed Titanium, and not the one for the Titanium Armor.
