Hi, it's
Tricia in the Narration Room and it's my turn to do the Interlude.
After
staring at the screen for so long, please take a little time away to
relax your eyes. The rest of the story will be more enjoyable after
you've taken some time to digest what you've read so far.
There
aren't any power armors in the story this time. That's a small relief
not to be stuck in that clunky thing. Instead, I'm wearing personal
armor for the story. The personal armor is still a bit restrictive
but at least it isn't as heavy.
There is
the Rose Red, the special power armor supposedly made by Laura. We've
heard mention of it in the previous story, The Tower of Trials.
Actually, I haven't seen the actual armor that I'd be putting on for
the camera myself. It's probably still on the design board for a
future story. Hopefully, it'll look better than that gray clunky
thing. At the very least it should be painted red, as it's name
suggests.
We had
been doing lots of text-caming with vehicles this time round. Well,
the earlier half of the story was the easier part. The more
challenging shots were for the second half of the story. Of course
there would be challenging shots. A drive in the wasteland is not
expected to be smooth and simple.
Just a
little clarification. Depending on the font on which you have read
chapter 3, the name 'Old Man Have Ill' may appear differently. The
last word is actually 'ill' with a capitalized first letter, not
triple-I. It looks like triple-I on certain fonts.
Anyway,
please have a short rest. The story will be here when you return.
