Robot Rising: Level 31 Missile Rig

Level 31 Missile Rig
I put together a Missile Rig build for my robot, Broomstick, in Robot Rising. I called it Broomstick because the robot's original purpose was to sweep the lower complex levels for Data Articles that I had missed. 'Broom' was too short a name, so I called it 'Broomstick'.
Weapons
The aim of the Missile Rig was to recreate the Macross Missile Massacre by loading as many missile launchers as possible onto one robot. Then I discovered that the LAU404c 40/25 Death's Head fires a salvo of missiles instead of just a single one. The Macross Missile Massacre can easily be recreated with a couple of these weapons.

It is not practical to equip all weapon slots with the LAU404c 40/25 Death's Head, though. That weapon has a long recycle time and its Alt-Fire takes a while to deploy its full effect. Also, note that the LAU404c 40/25 Death's Head has only long range compared to the extreme ranges of the other missile launchers equipped.

For the other weapons, I have the Red Dragon 95 and the Chieffo 80 Mk. 4, both of which may be manufactured. I was fortunate to loot the M111 95 RP Dautner. All these weapons make the regular attack very powerful, with a large area-of-effect. This allows Broomstick to kill off groups of robots with a single salvo. And the extreme ranges of a few of the weapons allows the robot to reach far.

The drawback of this build is the time it takes to fire a second time. If any baddie survives, or more arrive or are spawned, I would have to wait a second for the Red Dragon 95 and the M111 95 RP Dautner to be ready. Another drawback is the short time it takes for the missiles to fly towards their target, during which a range baddie may fire back.

Note that the Chieffo 80 Mk. 4 has a cool animation where its missiles slide into position, ready to fire. The animation happens after firing and when the weapon is equipped.
Chassis
The NuCel Micro has low HP/Defense but high Heat Dissipation. The latter feature supports weapons with good Alt-Fire. Useful Alt-Fires would be the Jammer Pod or any other Alt-Fire that would divert attention away from the robot or stun the enemy.

The Missile Rig build is quite good in direct damage. As such, a balanced chassis such as the NuStar Nebula or the NuStar Wormhole is also suitable.
Mobility
The AgriBlend Hominid may be manufactured. It has good speed and Defense. In addition, its color scheme matches that of the NuCel Micro.
CPU
I was fortunate to loot the SuperSchema 12, which would lower the cooldown time of Alt-Fires. Bonus Damage like that provided by the Thermalform CPU would increase damage potential, which is very useful against Elites and Champions. Other than that, CPUs with high Defense such as the Broadform CPU is good for reducing the weakness of the NuCel Micro.
Armor
As stated earlier, the NuCel Micro has bad defense. The best of manufactured Armor should be equipped. That is, unless Rare Armor is found.
Sensor
The robot has Sensors devoted to Alt-Fire, which are useful for the Napalm Pool Alt-Fires of the Red Dragon 95 and the M111 95 RP Dautner. It is also good to equip Sensors that increase weapon range even more. A Sensor that detects Enemy Targets would be very useful in spotting baddies earlier to make use of the build's extreme range. Unfortunately, those Sensors are hard to find and requires Motor Mounts (which are also required in large numbers for Chassis) to manufacture.
The Stats
Here are a few screenshots of the robot in action:
Missiles give big explosions!
Note the missiles in the next screenshot. The missiles with small exhausts are from a single shot of the LAU404c 40/25 Death's Head. The other weapons each fire a single missile with a larger fiery trail like that from the missile fired from the right of the robot.
Salvo of Missiles.
LAU404c 40/25 Death's Head's Alt-Fire is the Suppression Storm, which rains ice bolts in an area for a short period. Baddies hit are slowed. Unfortunately, the Alt-Fire takes a short moment to activate.
Suppression Storm Alt-Fire.
