A Star! You know how a Plus adds 20% to an item's Stats? A Star is the equivalent of 5 Pluses!

So? The Horned Helm is a low-level Equipment. The extra 100% to the Stats isn't going to be much.

Like the Pluses, the Star forms a Set Bonus with other Equipment with Stars. The bonus is an additional 100% to Stats for each other piece of Equipment with a Star! And the Star is a modifier that is possible in both Weapons and Equipment!
