Update 22 January 2013:
Rumor has it that people who completed the 20-day attendance on the 21st received a Snake Hat instead. People are already complaining about it. We shall see if there is any official statement concerning this.

... And I just read an official statement saying that they've fixed this and the correct rewards will be sent shortly.
