Buddy Rush: Guardian Set

Update 1.2 came with new purple items that are part of item sets. Of the five sets available, the Guardian Set is the only one I have completed, twice. And it looks like it is about to happen a third time (I have three of the pieces for a third set).

The Guardian set consists of four items. Having all four items equipped gives the Set Effect, which is like having a fifth item equipped for the space of four.

Sword of Guardian

The Sword of Guardian is dropped as a victory chest reward after beating the Farjegnon raid.

Wings of Guardian

The Wings of Guardian can be obtained by beating the YA 86 raid.

Marble of Guardian

Tiara of Guardian

The final two items can be looted from Genzir's raid.

The Guardian set is a balance of all the bonuses, with emphasis on MP Regen and Skill Pow. This makes it a skill-spammer's set, suitable for characters who rely on using skills a lot.

The weak point of the set is the low Def, which is why Boorseye is equipped with Jack Blin's Shield (red). Even with Jack Blin's Hook (red), the Att is too low for passive attacks to be relied upon. Thus Boorseye uses skills to do damage, especially with the Skill Pow+48%. The idea is to use Sneak to boost his Att and Critcal [sic], then spam his other skills.

As with Boorseye, Botherella needs Jack Blin's Shield (red) to cover the low Def. With Jack Blin's Hook (red) she can do better damage overall. However, I went with the Real Pirate Hat (red) so she can use her Curse skill more often to support her teammates. This is especially useful in raids when there are five characters in the party.
